AI has evolved from a simple model to an accomplished artist.
In the early days of AI and robotics, manual and repetitive jobs were reviled in favor of creative ones. Today, we have come to understand that AI can not only perform creative tasks, but also provide innovative solutions. For example, Jason M. Allen won a digital art competition in Colorado with an AI-created piece.
Currently, more and more sites and apps are using AI to create images because of the recognition of its potential. To generate images that match a theme, all you have to do is describe the theme with text or a sketch. The proposals can then be adjusted to find the desired image.
Still skeptical about its potential? Let’s test it with a game: among the proposals below, only one was created by Louis Vuitton, the others were produced by an AI program with the only description “yellow Louis Vuitton bag with dots inspired by Yayoi Kusama”.
